The last Prebbleton Football Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on the evening of Thursday 8 May 2025, at 8:00pm, at Prebbleton Hall.
We are seeking nominations for the following committee roles:

If you are interested in joining the committee, please send your nomination to admin@prebbletonfootball.co.nz If you are nominating another individual, please ensure you have their permission before submitting the nomination.
If any member would like to propose a motion, notice of the proposed motion and any other items of business must be submitted to the Club via admin@prebbletonfootball.co.nz at least seven (7) days before the date of the AGM.

Motion: That non-coaching committee members may benefit from having winter season registration fees paid.
Motion: That all members who were made life members prior to incorporation are formally recognised as such in the minutes.
Motion: To replace the current clause 13.3 in the Consitution with a new clause 13.3.
Current clause: Surplus assets: The surplus assets of the Club, after the payment of all costs, debts and liabilities, must be disposed of to not-for-profit entity or entities that shares similar purposes to the ClubAny Other Items of Business Submitted
