Notice of the AGM

The next Prebbleton Football Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) for will be on Thursday 25 June 2026, at 8:00pm, at Prebbleton Hall, Springs Road.

Call for Nominations

We are seeking nominations for the following committee roles:

  • President

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer

  • General Committee Members

If you are interested in joining the committee, please send your nomination to admin@prebbletonfootball.co.nz If you are nominating another individual, please ensure you have their permission before submitting the nomination.

Notice of Proposed Motions

If any member would like to propose a motion, notice of the proposed motion and any other items of business must be submitted to the Club via admin@prebbletonfootball.co.nz at least seven (7) days before the date of the AGM.

  8. Motions -

    That the PFC Constitution be amended by

    1. deleting the current Clause 3.1(a), which reads:“Be a member of Mainland Football Federation via Old School Boys Club (HSOB) and via affiliation to Canterbury Sunday Soccer League (CSSL)”; and replacing it with the following new Clause 3.1(a):“Be an affiliated member of Mainland Football Federation and New Zealand Football.”

    2. Clause 6.7 (Election of Committee Members) be amended by adding the following new sub-clause:“(i) The Committee may, at any time, appoint (co-opt) a person to fill a casual vacancy or to add to the Committee, provided that: the person meets the eligibility requirements under this Constitution; and any person so appointed holds office until the next AGM, at which time they must stand for election if they wish to continue."
